Thanks to Justice Kennedy and the other four subjective Justices, this kid will not face the death penalty.

Well, it's a darn good thing that they are getting rid of those pesky Ten Commandments as well.
I'm so very proud of our "Supreme" Court in that they have gone Euro on us over the years.
Thank goodness cold blodded murderers cannot be put to a humane death if they so happen to have been under the age of 18 when they murdered.
Thank goodness they are considering the removal of the Ten Commandments. I mean, why on earth would we humans who have evolved so very nicley have need of any wisdom from God?
